Generally, if an awesome list contains items from this repo then the items are removed and vice versa, exceptions:
* QuickLook plugins - some items aren't in the list but still removed from this repo because in that repo they were removed with a good explanation
* command line tools - didn't do any comparisons or changes because of structural differences, we need to think how to perform the merge
* markdown tool - the same structural differences

Future candidates for externalizing: mongo, mysql, postgre, zsh

Possible improvements: find or create another nice but less bulky icon
